Notes:

1. Condition is stated after each card.  If no condition is listed, assume NrMt-Mt or better.  I grade strictly.
   
2. Book prices taken from a recent Beckett.  Feel free to inform me if any book prices are outdated.
   
3. Generally, all cards show the player in the team uniform (the listed team may be different if the player has been traded).
